ROLE PLAYERS SOUGHT TO HELP IN TRAINING EXERCISES

(May 6, 2008). Casting director Catrine McGregor is hiring role players of all ethnicities who are 18 or over and able to physically withstand 12 hour days outdoors in summer to participate as role players to enact a variety of different Afghan village scenarios during a two week training session in Arkansas in June, 2008.

No special skills are necessary and training will be provided for all participants. No weapons, live fire or blank fire will be required to be handled by the role players. Meals will be provided and pay is commensurate with this type of employment. Proof of eligibility to work legally in the US will be required.

In its commitment to provide support to stabilize Iraq, a production company is re-creating dramatic village settings with real civilian and real dramatic situations so that participants will come to understand cultural, religious and political issues that will help them assist the Iraqi people on their own terms.

NOTE:  Arkansas Casting will be held on May 22, May 23 and May 24 from 2:00-7:00 p.m. at the Ft. Smith Residence Inn By Marriott.

Please download and complete ALL portions of the Ft. Smith Extras Casting Form.

You will also need to bring a headshot or one passport picture along with xeroxed copies of EITHER a current U.S. passport OR TWO OF THE FOLLOWING: current driver's license, state issued ID card, social security card or birth certificate.

BE PREPARED TO FILL OUT A W-2 FORM (assistance can NOT be provided).
